Prior to becoming a broker, Chloë was the owner and director of a contemporary art gallery, where she trained her eye for spotting value, developed innovative marketing techniques, and refined her creative problem solving skills. During her years as co-owner/founder of RED Collective, a design and real estate firm, Chloë skillfully juggled dual careers as both a top-producing agent and a manager of a successful mid-sized team. She is well-versed in leading and nurturing both newly licensed and seasoned agents, and she prides herself on being an active and empathetic listener for her clients. She is always eager to share her unique skill set, acting as a resource and guide, whether identifying best practices for building a successful business or finding the right property during a home or investment search.

A building owner and long-term former resident of downtown Durham, Chloë has specific knowledge of properties in the historic city center and its surrounding residential neighborhoods. As a current home owner in Chapel Hill she is also a great source of information on properties and services in Orange County.  She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and her dedication to the arts is evident through years of support of local arts nonprofits including the Southern Documentary Fund, the Nasher Museum of Art and the Full Frame Film Festival.
